Pole Fitness classes are
general development exercises,

which are a combination of

gymnastics, dance,

stretching and  acrobatics.


A beginner's
pole fitness class
can burn more than 400 calories per hour
- more than aerobics, gymnastics, yoga and walking.

While a
dvanced pole fitness burns 700 calories per hour - more than swimming, running, cycling and Zumba!
