- **No Refunds:** Please be mindful when booking your sessions, as there are *no refunds* for any classes, courses, or missed sessions. - **No Class Credit for Missed Sessions:** If you miss a session, class credit will *not* be given, regardless of the reason. - **Course Policy:** Courses cannot be paused or extended to the following month under any circumstances. - **Cancellations for Single Sessions:** Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours** prior to the start of your session in order to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session *will not* be rescheduled. - **Weight Limit:** For safety reasons, there is a **90kg weight limit** for all pole and aerial fitness classes. - **Jewelry and Footwear:** Jewelry is *not allowed* during class as it can cause damage to equipment and pose safety risks. Shoes must be left in the reception area before entering the studio. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
